Niedner, a rapidly growing company, is currently looking for a new team member to fill the position of Regional Sales Representative. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the incumbent will be responsible for developing new markets and new customers for Niedner's innovative products. This includes but is not limited to the industrial and oil and gas sectors as well as the municipal and provincial forestry firefighting across Canada.
Your new responsibilities:
Implement business development strategies to support company growth;
Implement action plan in line with corporate objectives;
Develop new markets for existing and future products;
Learn and master the necessary product and application knowledge to present to current and future customers;
Take part in analyzing customer needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs;
Provide superior service to current and future customers and well as distributors;
Assist existing distribution network to increase year over year sales;
Represent the company in various promotional activities including trade shows;
Job requirements
You have the right credentials:
Relevant academic background; administration, marketing, sales;
3 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
Previous experience with distribution sales, including experience with fire hose and or oil and gas considered an asset;
Bilingual (oral and written);
Available to travel within and outside Canada;
Results-oriented team player;
Leadership skills & a good communicator;
Ability to work independently and take initiative;
Ability to organize work and manage priorities
